Based in the Port of Badalona, Barcelona Caiac offers courses, excursions, team building activities, along with organized trainings both as an extra-curricular activity for the youth and as an outdoors sports activity for adults be it for fitness or competitive purposes.
We offer a variety of courses, in small group setting or through one-on-one personalised classes. After completing a course, we can join our weekly recurrent group trainings in surfski and outrigger canoeing, or our guided excursions in traditional sea kayaks. Sign up for club fleet use or store your own boat in the club.
If the wind & wave conditions are favourable, we organise downwind paddling sessions in the Barcelona & Costa Brava regions. Trailer transport included with a total capacity for 15 boats. Suitable for experienced surfski, outrigger, and sea kayak paddlers, along with SUP & SUP foil riders.

Barcelona Caiac is a paddling school and sports club based in the Port of Badalona.
Founded in 2012, Barcelona Caiac has been pioneering ocean sports in Catalonia, being the first to establish a learning centre for surfski and outrigger canoe paddling, along with being the long-time base of a well-established group of traditional sea kayakers.
Situated in the sheltered waters of the Port of Badalona, we serve the ocean paddling community in the wider Barcelona & Maresme area.
